Congatulations, you're the very first person to wonder about this. In 1971 Mr. Lennon released his fine solo album Imagine. Imagine was packed with a photography showing John with a pig fighting. The pig was a sign to no other than Paul McCartney and he answered with the cover of his Ram album. So the pig could be the same as on Lindas cover, who knows. ;-)
